InkTree is a private platform that helps families record, preserve, and share stories, voice recordings, and memories within invite-only groups (“Circles”).




2. Eligibility



You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.


By using InkTree, you confirm that:


  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms

  • You are responsible for any activity under your account





3. Your Content



You retain full ownership of the content you create and upload, including:


  • Voice recordings

  • Transcripts

  • Photos and written stories



By using InkTree, you grant us a limited license to:


  • Store, process, and display your content

  • Enable sharing within your selected Circles

  • Operate and improve the Service



We do not claim ownership of your content.




4. Privacy and Data Use



Your use of InkTree is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


InkTree is designed to be private by default:


  • Content is only shared with people you invite

  • We do not sell your data or recordings





5. AI Features



InkTree may use AI to:


  • Transcribe audio

  • Generate summaries or prompts

  • Assist with storytelling



These features are designed to enhance your experience. You remain responsible for reviewing and managing your content.




6. Acceptable Use



You agree not to use InkTree to:


  • Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or abusive content

  • Violate the privacy or rights of others

  • Impersonate another person

  • Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service



We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.




7. Sharing and Circles



You control who has access to your content.

InkTree is not liable for:


  • Loss of content

  • Emotional or personal impact related to stored content

  • Indirect or consequential damages



You use the Service at your own discretion.

You may stop using InkTree at any time.
